The client's company is a float glass production company in Korea, and its division plant in Malaysia needs dust removal equipment. The dust removal equipment is used for dust removal in float glass production. The equipment will be installed at the Float Glass No.1 facility in Indonesia. A part of the dust removal equipment has design drawings, and specific detailed requirements. Part of the equipment needs to be designed and selected by our technical personnel according to technical parameters.

Project Description：

Received from the customer detailed requirements on the scope of supply, technical documents, drawings, technical documents, field compressed air conditions, power supply voltage motor and other standard requirements, dust removal working time, wind speed in the dust collector, filter bag material, particulate emission standards and other detailed information. Our technical staff quickly studied the drawings provided by the customer in detail according to the customer's existing production situation, equipment shape drawing and specific parameter requirements, translated the corresponding standard model equipment of our company, compared the different places, and communicated and confirmed with the technical staff according to the different places. And promptly respond to customer questions.

After detailed comparison and communication, and according to the field working conditions to provide solutions to the problems put forward by customers, the final confirmation of the technical plan and equipment outline, equipment layout, etc. In the process of communication, the customer was very satisfied with the professionalism of our technical staff and won the great trust of the customer.

For the precipitator without drawing, our technical personnel will make changes according to the customer's technical requirements such as air volume, flue gas temperature and particulate matter concentration, combined with the standard models of our company's existing small precipitators. The client is very satisfied with our design.
